RASHED AMIN
I am passionate about criminal justice and defending rights of the opressed. Guided by desire to uplift the voices of the marginalized, I am a fierce defender of presumption of innocence. I aim to fight and win, not settle. I seek justice over comfort.
My previous experiences as an Assistant Crown Attorney (prosecutor) and a criminal defence lawyer have equipped me with a broad understanding of criminal law. I will provide compassionate, empathetic, caring and professional service. I can represent you on matters related to criminal law including bail hearings, assault charges, theft or robbery charges, fraud, weapons charges, impaired driving and other charges.
